By submitting this Franchise Registration Form, I hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions of Jivan Sangini Infotech Private Limited:

1️⃣ Franchise Application

Submission of this online form does not guarantee automatic approval of franchise. Approval is subject to verification and internal review by the Company.

2️⃣ Franchise Nature

The franchise offered is related to a Matrimonial Search Platform, where the franchisee is authorized only to promote, market, and sell paid memberships as per company policies.

3️⃣ Commission & Earnings

The franchisee shall be entitled to 40% commission on each successful paid membership generated through their efforts.

The Company does not guarantee any fixed income, minimum earnings, or profit.

Earnings depend entirely on the franchisee's performance and efforts.

4️⃣ Franchise Fee

Franchise fee is one-time and non-refundable under any circumstances.

No renewal or annual charges apply unless revised by company policy.

5️⃣ Validity

Once approved, the franchise shall have lifetime validity, subject to compliance with company rules, policies, and ethical business practices.

6️⃣ Use of Brand & Platform

All trademarks, logos, website, software, and data belong exclusively to the Company.

The franchisee is permitted to use brand materials only for authorized promotional purposes.

Any misuse of brand name, logo, or data may lead to immediate termination.

7️⃣ Prohibited Activities

The franchisee shall not:

• Create or promote fake or misleading profiles
• Misrepresent services or give false commitments
• Guarantee income to customers or prospects
• Misuse customer data or company systems

8️⃣ Confidentiality

The franchisee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all customer information, login credentials, and business data during and after the franchise period.

9️⃣ Termination Rights

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the franchise at any time in case of:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Policy violation
• Damage to brand reputation

In such cases, franchise fees shall not be refundable.

🔟 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts in Gujarat, India.
